Privacy policy
Who is responsible. The data controller is Andrii Shramko, a private individual. Contact: zmei116@gmail.com.
Contact form. I process your name, the contact for my reply (e-mail or phone), the chosen topic and your message in order to reply and discuss possible cooperation, on the basis of the consent you tick in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to zmei116@gmail.com; this does not affect the processing before the withdrawal. I keep the data for no longer than 12 months after our last contact.
Requests from AI assistants. A message sent by an AI assistant on someone's behalf is processed to answer that request, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A reply address is required; the retention period is the same as for the form.
Notifications. When a new message arrives, I get a Telegram notification with its content and the contact provided, so I can reply quickly. Telegram is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE), so this data then leaves the European Economic Area. The original message is stored on a server in the EU.
Statistics and cookies. Without your consent the site uses no analytics cookies — the browser stores only your language choice and your consent decision. Traffic is counted on the server from logs, without IP addresses. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) is switched on only after you click “I agree”, with no advertising features and no Google Signals; the _ga and _ga_* cookies are then stored (up to 14 months). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Google may also process data in the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Videos and 3D scenes. The YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) and the SuperSplat scene load only after you click. Until then the site does not connect to these services.
Recipients. Server provider Hetzner Online GmbH (EU), the e-mail provider, Telegram (notifications); after consent, Google Ireland Limited.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent — just write to zmei116@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (President of UODO).
