What can I offer you?

Pick who you represent — I'll show three concrete proposals and examples.

School / university

Technology students can hold in their hands

  1. FPV workshops: first a simulator where you fly over real 3D scans, then real micro drones.

  2. Help starting a drone club or class: design, 3D printing, CNC and programming with AI. I can bring my own machines to your workshop.

  3. A 3D scan of your school for an open day — to explore in the browser and fly through in the simulator (I did this for the University of Opole).

Let's talk about your school

City / public office

Your city in 3D, in 360° and live

  1. 3D scans of streets, squares, churches and whole districts — for promotion, planning and trade-fair presentations.

  2. 360° drone films with a guide's voice and subtitles — I have already filmed Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Opole, among others.

  3. Drone events for residents: FPV races, simulators, learning to fly — like the 2026 Drone Picnic (Piknik Droniarza) with MOSiR Opole.

Let's talk about your city

Museum / culture

A heritage site to explore in the browser and in VR

  1. A 3D scan of a monument, interior or exhibition — a digital copy of the place to explore in the browser and in VR.

  2. A 360° aerial film that tells the story of the place, with subtitles — also for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers.

  3. A presentation of the place for exhibitions and trade fairs: 3D scan, 360° film and a VR station.

Let's talk about your venue

Company / event

Something your guests haven't seen yet

  1. Crowd Light Show: the audience's phones become one synchronized light show — all it takes is scanning a QR code.

  2. A 3D scan of a property — hotel, villa, hall or site — for online presentation (for example, 18 scenes of a villa in Modlinek).

  3. An event attraction: an FPV show, a simulator at your stand, 360° films in VR headsets.

Let's talk about your event

Film / media / brand

The shot that off-the-shelf gear can't get

  1. A camera, rig or stabilization system designed for one specific shot — from a 3D-printed prototype to an aluminium body.

  2. 3D scans of locations for post-production and virtual production.

  3. On set: 360° and 3D 360° capture, volumetric video, multi-camera systems (for example, about 20 cameras for Mastercard Music).

Let's talk about your project

Research / robotics / AI

Data and tools for researchers

  1. Large, highly detailed 3DGS scans of streets and cities, openly published (mostly CC BY 4.0) — for testing and research.

  2. Joint volumetric video (4DGS) projects: multi-camera systems, our own software, an open recordings dataset for researchers.

  3. Help organizing data collection for robotics and AI: multi-camera recordings, scans, camera synchronization.

Let's talk about research

FPV drones and engineering

I design and build drones, cameras and RC systems from scratch. I'm a professional FPV pilot working in film.

  • A 3D 360° cinelifter for filming BASE jumpers: 14 cameras, 8 kg, up to 250 km/h — built together with 2RAW.
  • Shramko Motor Autostart: Betaflight firmware that spins up the motor on power-up, with a browser-based configurator.
  • UAS operator with A1/A3 competency.

Cameras and stabilization

When the camera for a shot doesn't exist yet, we design it.

  • A macro 3D 360° camera for National Geographic and Amazon: about 5 mm between lenses, shooting from grass level.
  • For Red Bull: a waterproof 3D 10K / 240 fps camera for cliff diving and a cable system doing 0–200 km/h in 1 s with a smooth stop.
  • A 380 g 16K 360° camera and drone pendulum stabilization — for the VR film “Touching the Sky”.
  • Since 2015: cable systems invisible to a 360° camera, a 360° camera gimbal in the stratosphere (7 kg hanging on a rope). Currently working on several unannounced projects.

3D scans of cities and heritage

I scan streets, churches, interiors and large parts of cities with Gaussian Splatting — from the ground and from drones.

  • Largest scene on my profile: Lublin Old Town — 259 million splats, 13 levels of detail.
  • 106 million splats from about 20,000 photos (Jastrzębia Góra) — the largest scene in World Labs' Spark 2.0 post.
  • My scan illustrates the NVIDIA Omniverse documentation.
  • 29 public scenes on SuperSplat: Lublin, Wrocław, Opole, Laval, Tunis. Researchers use them.

360° films and VR

I shoot 360° films from drones and on the ground — for VR headsets and YouTube.

  • Guided 360° city tour films: Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Opole — building by building, with the history of each place.
  • Subtitled — made with deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers in mind.
  • 259,576 views on DeoVR (9 Sep 2026).
  • Early 360° motion shots: my own camera dolly on hoverboard motors with VESC controllers, and 8K 360° hyperlapses.

Simulators and tools

I build tools anyone can run in a browser, and I release them as open source.

  • ShramkoGSFPV: an FPV simulator where you fly over real 3D scans (1,300+ SuperSplat scenes), with physics based on Betaflight settings.
  • 4DGS-Video-Generator: turns ordinary video into volumetric video on an ordinary computer — 200★ on GitHub.
  • Shramko SOG LOD Converter: opens huge scans in the browser (259 million splats → 13 levels).
  • Crowd Light Show: the audience's phones become one light show.

Education and events

I share what I know: university classes, workshops, group flying and events for residents.

  • Teaching at the University of Opole since 2023: 360° film, 3D scanning, working with AI agents.
  • For 10 years we built an FPV pilot community in Opole; I co-admin the Drony Opole group (278 members).
  • Co-organizer of the 2026 Drone Picnic with MOSiR Opole at the Toropol ice rink — 8 media stories.
  • In Bydgoszcz: group flying on Wednesdays and Saturdays, FPV build and repair workshops.

Behind the scenes: Red Bull

With 2RAW and Jon Griffith's team we prepared 3D 360° cameras, drones and stabilization systems for Red Bull's 360° shoots. On the BASE-jumping drone I designed the camera, the stabilization and the stitching; another pilot flew the drone.

  • A ring of GoPro cameras in a bag on the platform in Mostar, prepared for the first water-impact tests.
  • A view from the platform edge in Sisikon (Switzerland): a rigging line stretched over the water.
  • A pole with a camera over the platform in Polignano a Mare; the crew handles a 360° camera hanging on a line.
  • The drone with the 3D 360° camera set (a dark head on top) being prepared for a flight.

About me

I'm an engineer and filmmaker. It all started in 2015: I wanted to film 360° in motion, and there was nothing to do it with — so I built my own gear. Since then I've been looking for ways to film what couldn't be filmed before.

I'm not a blogger and I don't earn money advertising products. I work on films, scans and research — almost always as part of a team, which is why I write “we”.

I'm not a programmer, but with AI agents I write firmware, software and websites. Many of them are open source.

I travel the world for projects. In Bydgoszcz I want to share what I know and meet people to build something interesting with — for a school, a city, a company or a university. I'm open to collaboration, teams and new connections.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Andrii Shramko?

An engineer and filmmaker based in Bydgoszcz, Poland (previously Opole for many years). He designs FPV drones, 3D 360° cameras and stabilization systems, 3D-scans streets and heritage sites, shoots 360° films and teaches at the University of Opole. His scan illustrates the NVIDIA Omniverse documentation.

Do you run classes in schools?

Yes. I offer FPV workshops: first a simulator over real 3D scans, then small drones. I can also help start a drone club — with design, 3D printing and programming with AI. I teach in person, not online.

Can you 3D-scan our building, or even our whole city?

Yes — from a single interior to large parts of a city. I scan from the ground and from drones; the largest scene on my profile has 259 million splats (Lublin Old Town). A scan can be explored in the browser, in a VR headset, and flown through in the simulator.

Is flying drones with students safe?

We start in the simulator, where a crash costs nothing, and then move to lightweight micro drones. I hold A1/A3 UAS operator competency.

How much does it cost?

We'll agree on the format of cooperation at a meeting — it depends on what you need.

Where do you work?

I live in Bydgoszcz and run classes and meetings in person in the region. Scans and film projects take me across Poland and abroad.
